Our English Sparkling Wines are traditionally crafted by our experienced wine-maker, using the same method as Champagne, with a secondary fermentation in the bottle which produces a superior, soft and silky mousse. As one of the first vineyards in this country to make ‘traditional method’ Sparkling Wine, we have developed and refined our wine-making techniques over the years to give a slightly fruitier style than traditional Champagnes, which has proved consistently popular.
If chosing one is too difficult, we currently have a special offer for a mixed half case of all three of our Sparkling Wines.
English Sparkling Brut

Our Brut is racy and fresh, with a fine mousse and hints of green apple and butter.
A totally moreish, multi-award winning Sparkling Wine.
English Sparkling Rosé

Summer berries and hints of autumn leaves typical of Pinot Noir on the nose, and distinct flavours of red berries and fresh cherry, with a beautifully silky mousse.
English Sparkling Vintage

Matured on the lees for a minimum of 3 years, our Vintage Sparkling Wine has a rich velvety mouth feel and a creamy mousse.
Our best quality bubbly.
