Our flagship dry white, it is a crisp and aromatic wine with a fresh grassy, slightly peachy nose. Sadly, owing to the poor harvest in 2012, we have sold out.
There is a refreshing lemon and lime palate with hints of lychee, held together by a crisp tight acidity leading to a long dry citrus finish.
It is the perfect accompaniment for delicate starters such as asparagus, as well as fresh fish, shellfish and white meats.
