Customers who come to our cellar door have the opportunity to try before they buy. We are always delighted to let our visitors taste our wines to see which they prefer – your taste buds are as individual as your fingerprints, after all.
Until there is a dramatic advance in technology, we cannot yet offer this over the internet! What we do promise is that, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the quality of our wine, please return it to us and we will refund your money. Very occasionally, wine may suffer cork taint (we did briefly use plastic corks, but the feedback we received from our customers was that this was not a popular move, so we have reverted back to proper cork, except for our fruit wines which have screw caps). Even if you did not buy the wine from us, tell us where and when you did purchase it and we’ll replace the wine for you, either with the same wine and vintage (or the nearest to it, if it has sold out).
Occasionally wine gets damaged in transit. Wherever possible, please notify the courier on delivery, though we understand you may not be there to receive it. However, whatever the circumstances we will always replace wine damaged by our couriers, with no additional cost to you.
