This is our top quality sparkling
wine. It is left to mature in the bottle longer than the Brut, usually for at least three years.
It has a gentle golden appearance, and soft and peachy notes with a hints of apple and vanilla. On the palate it has a rich velvety mouth feel, with a creamy mousse. The fresh fruit flavours have a subtle complexity and a luscious, sweet finish.
Like the Brut, it is made from 50% Reichensteiner and 50% Schönburger.

we bought a bottle of this vintage wine ( we call it champange) on a visit to the vinyard several years ago. Ever since we have been ordering several cases each year to give as presents. Now people are dissappointed when they don't get some. It is just delicious! Lovely with a touch of sloe gin on Christmas morning.
I was given a bottle of this as a present by a family member and we loved it so much we ended up ordering a case! It's such a lovely fruity wine, so much nicer than the more expensive Champagnes that you buy from the supermarket which leave you dry mouthed and empty pocketed! Im no wine buff but I know what I like and we love this, try it today!
