Matured in the bottle for three years on the lees, this vintage wine has a rich, mature flavour, succulent fruit and a lasting soft fragrant finish. A wonderfully fine mousse crowns this superior sparkling wine.

Having rested briefly on the skins to produce the delicate colour the
secondary fermentation has enhanced the fruit flavours of the grape, thus creating this mellow, flavoursome sparkling wine.
It was the first
commercial quality sparkling Rosé in England.
