Our flagship dry white, the Winemaker has carefully selected the grapes for
this fresh and aromatic wine, which exhibits elderflower and lemon on the
nose and has an intense fruitiness on the palate that balances the wine's
dryness. The finish is crisp
and fresh, it is the perfect accompaniment for fresh fish, shellfish and
white meats.

Picked late in autumn, the ripest grapes are slowly fermented to create a
refreshing and versatile wine with an enticing aroma. The intense fruit
flavours are balanced by a tantalising, crisp acidity making it equally good
to drink on it's own or to accompany a meal; in particular light desserts
and cheeses.

Blended from a selection of our favourite varieties this is an excellent
introduction to the delights of English wine. As a light and fruity off-dry
white wine, this has proved to be our most popular easy drinking wine for
all occasions.

A cool and gentle fermentation has extracted light fruit flavours reminiscent of cherries and strawberries resulting in this light, easy drinking rosé.
Ideal chilled for summer drinking and barbecues.
