The five flavours in the range, white, red, apricot, cherry and ginger, have been fortified to 17%. The higher alcohol and residual sugar levels not only complement Asian and spicy cuisines but enhance the overall dining experience by opening up the wonderful array of spices, as well as cooling down some of the heat.
